My major, Manufacturing and Design Engineering, combined mechanical engineering, industrial engineering/supply chain, and design into one. I am equipped with the knowledge and skills to be able to identify areas for innovation, conceptualize new ideas, communicate them through sketches, 3D models, mock-ups and prototypes, and pitch them to clients and industry professionals. I also learned different manufacturing methods and even injection molded my own
velociraptors.
With technology being a part of everyday life, I wanted to learn computer science so that I could innovate with code. I studied psychology to understand how people think and behave, so that I could design better for the user. This unique combination of disciplines allows me to innovate, problem solve, and create meaningful solutions for people.
